- Click on My Account at the top right hand corner of the page
- Sign in to your account
- Click on Resolution Centre
- Click on the blue button to open a new dispute
- Follow the steps
WHAT can be returned?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened, undamaged item(s) to BJ Bearings Online for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns on used or opened products unless due to a fault.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
30 days from invoice date.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Contact us and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
CREDIT for returns?
All returns will be refunded less the delivery cost. All exchanges (change of mind) will incur a return delivery fee.
In Store Returns
All returns can be made at your local BJ Bearings branch only after contacting us to arrange an RMA number. Any returns made to a branch without being accompanied by an RMA number will be rejected so please make sure to contact us first.
