If you would like to make a return, you can do so by visiting the Resolution Centre on the website and opening a return request

  1. Go to
  2. Click on My Account at the top right-hand corner of the page
  3. Sign in with your account 
  4. Click on Resolution Centre
  5. Click on the red button to open a new dispute
  6. Follow the steps


WHAT can be returned?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened, undamaged item(s) to BJ Bearings Online for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns on used or opened products unless due to a fault.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
30 days from invoice date.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Contact us and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and shipping instructions. 

CREDIT for returns?
All returns will be refunded less the delivery cost. All exchanges (change of mind) will incur a return delivery fee.

In Store Returns
All returns can be made at your local BJ Bearings branch only after contacting us to arrange an RMA number. Any returns made to a branch without being accompanied by an RMA number will be rejected so please make sure to contact us first. 

WHO pays for return shipping?
For all change of mind returns, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. Please keep in mind that if you paid with PayPal you are covered for up to $45 in return shipping for free. For more information visit
